Okay, so for some reason I just never thought to do a review on this mascara even though I really love it.
It’s certainly one of the best natural mascaras I have ever tried.
I don’t know why I’m that absent minded, but I guess I’ve just been scatter-brained lately so there it is.
Anyhow, on with the review!
This mascara is made by 100% Pure, a natural cosmetics company that focuses on keeping their products 100% pure.
Awesome Product Features:
- NO fillers
- NO synthetic preservatives
- NO harsh detergents
- NO chemical preservatives
- NO artificial fragrances
Instead, they focus on putting massive amounts of antioxidants in their products to improve the condition of your skin without harming your body.
They include a lot of fruit pigments in their products, especially their makeup, so naturally their mascaras are made with either Black Tea, Blackberry, Dark Chocolate, and Blueberry respectively.
The one that I own is the Black Tea Mascara.
The ingredient list alone is pretty impressive:
Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract (Organic Green Tea), Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Cera Alba (Honey Beeswax), Rubus Fruticosus Fruit Extract (Blackberry Extract), Ribes Nigrum Fruit Extract (Blackcurrant Extract), Rubus Idaeus Fruit Extract (Raspberry Extract), Hydrolyzed Oat Protein (Oat Protein), Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein (Wheat Protein), Pantothenic Acid (Pro-vitamin B5), Fucus Vesiculosus Extract (Seaweed Powder), Coconut Stearic Acid (Coconut Acid), Mica, Theobroma Cacao Seed Butter (Cocoa Butter), Pearl Powder, Oryza Sativa Germ Powder (Rice Powder), Theobroma Cacao Extract (Cocoa Powder), Coffea Arabica Seed Extract (Powdered Coffee Beans), Mel (Lavender Honey), Origanum Vulgare Leaf Extract (Oregano Extract), Thymus Vulgaris Flower/Leaf Extract (Thyme Extract), Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Extract (Rosemary Extract), Lavandula Angustifolia Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract (Lavender Extract), Hydrastis Canadensis Extract (Goldenseal Extract)
I really love this mascara because I feel so confident that it won’t damage my eyes and the ingredients are natural and beneficial to the skin and body.
The Black Tea Mascara has a nice satiny black pigment that coats my lashes very evenly and doesn’t clump at all!
Although it isn’t waterproof, it works very well, doesn’t have much bleed (unless I sobbed hysterically, then it might!), and curls and lengthens lashes pretty well also.
I haven’t tried any other colors, but I really love this one and at only $18 for a full sized mascara, it’s really budget friendly! You can even get the mini version for $12 if that is too price is too steep!
They also have a nice line of skincare products that I have been dying to try, but haven’t gotten around to doing so.

Have you ever tried any 100% Pure beauty products?
What are your experiences with natural and organic mascaras compared to conventional types?
I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments!
