About Me

My name is Tianna.

I live in sunny Southern California USA.

I have had a passion for all things health and beauty for what seems my whole life.

With a specific emphasis on natural beauty and health, I have done a lot of research and studying when it comes to both.

I am the owner and founder of Storybook Apothecary, my natural skin care line.

Posts you can expect to find on this blog may include, but are not limited to posts about general beauty, tips, tricks, DIY recipes, reviews for other beauty brands that I know and love, beauty box reviews, food recipes pertaining to overall health and beauty benefits, and also occasionally posts promoting the skincare products available at Storybook Apothecary.

My pledge: To maintain an honest opinion on whatever products I review, whether my own products or the products of other companies that I use and choose to write about. I will do my best to be interesting, informative, and creative about my posts. Whether the future of this blog will include sponsored posts, I have no idea, but in that event, I promise to never let sponsorship compromise my opinions or thoughts. I hope that you will follow my posts and enjoy reading them!

Thanks for visiting!

I’ve dyed my hair just about every color so I know what you mean about maintaining the color. I think my favorite was when it was hot pink. Was short lived but I loved it. Oddly enough I got a lot of compliments when my hair was that color lol dark colors definitely suit you though.

That sounds like such a fun color! Mine is too dark to get it that light, but I do fantasize about coloring it to look like Khaleesi from GoT ! Thanks for the kind words; I love red colors most! or black, but its so hard to get out when you color it black

Brown Butter Beauty has really natural hair care products, but I don’t know if they’re baby gentle. If anything, what’s more attainable is the Shea Moisture Baby line is really nice and easily found at Target.

I just stopped using Wen hair products. My hair is so dry and brittle. Too long on that product. I did not think to stop and use something else. I just thought it was summer and all.

ouch. That sucks! Never tried WEN but they’re so publicized everywhere. I would try something natural. If you want an affordable brand that’s easy to find, I like Organix. Otherwise, Aveda is also really great.
