If you follow my blog, you know I’ve been reading The Water Secret by Dr. Howard Murad.
In this book, Dr. Murad explains how our cells lose hydration over time through poor diet, environmental influences and lack of nutrient absorption. He informs us that we can regain the great cell hydration of youth by hydrating our bodies through consuming healthful vegetables, fruits, nuts, and whole grains. In his book, he gives guidelines for how to look 10 years younger than your age, prevent disease and illness and look and feel your best.
Here is a great smoothie recipe for optimal cell hydration.

1/2 Cup Soy Milk (although I use almond milk!)

1/2 Cup Blueberries

1 Tablespoon Lecithin Granules

1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseed

2 Tablespoons Dried Goji Berries

Crushed Ice
-
Honey – to taste (Optional
Directions: Blend all ingredients & Enjoy!
